I don’t know what anyone else expects, but the staff onboard were genuinely friendly to us. Everyone we dealt with was welcoming and made us feel comfortable, so I really can’t complain.

"Cabin was super clean"
My cabin was really clean when I first get on, and it pretty much stayed that way the whole week. The bathroom look fresh too, which I appreciated. i didn’t really had any complaints at all.

"Fun excursions, just a little rushed at times"
Overall, the excursions were good and we had a lot of fun. Most of them were well organized, but a few of the meeting times felt a bit rushed, which seemed totally preventable with a little more spacing in the schedule

I booked a trip through ncl.com and then ended up needing to cancel, which was already disappointing enough. I figured the refund would be straightforward, but it turned into more of a waiting game than I expected. I kept checking my card every few days, and after not seeing anything for a while, I had to follow up more than once just to get an idea of what was going on. To be fair, the customer service people I spoke with were polite and tried to help, but nobody really gave me a clear timeline. The refund did eventually show up on my card, so it worked out in the end, but the whole process could definitely be smoother and less stressful.

"Cabin was just really comfortable"
We stayed in a balcony cabin and I slept great every night. The bed was comfy, the pillows were good, and there was just enough space for all our bags. The bathroom was small, but it worked fine for us. Overall it felt clean and quiet most of the time. I’d definitely book it again

"I was expecting it to feel..."
I was expecting it to feel kind of chaotic with that many people onboard, but it really didn’t. The lines kept moving way faster than I thought they would, and the staff seemed to have a good handle on everything without making it feel stressful. Like, yes, there were definitely crowds, but it never felt too packed or annoying, which was a nice surprise.

I had a good experience overall. The drinks were good, and the bartenders were really nice... it just got a little slow sometimes when things picked up. Not a huge deal, but yeah, the wait could get a bit long here and there

I don’t know why anyone would complain about the entertainment, because the shows were great every night. We genuinely had a fun time and looked forward to them.

"Helpful in the end, but they made me wait"
Customer service was decent once I finally got through, but they really made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. I was stuck on hold for way too long, and it felt like I had to keep chasing them instead of someone taking ownership and updating me. The person who eventually helped was friendly and did fix my booking issue, so I appreciated that, but the slow response definitely left a bad impression.

"Good trip, tiny issues"
Pretty good cruise with ncl. Staff were nice. Food was decent. Ship was clean. Lines got annoying sometimes, and the app wasn’t great. Excursions were fun, just pricey. I’d go again if the deal was good.

"Made my cruise so much easier"
I used the ncl app during my cruise to keep track of our plans and dinner times, it worked well for me. I liked not having to carry around a bunch of papers or keep checking different places for info. From my experience, it made things feel a lot more convenient and less stressful.
"WiFi was reliable overall"
The WiFi worked for most of the trip, at least from what I remember. It did drop once or twice when we were in the cabins, but I’m not sure if that was the service or just where we were sitting. Overall, it was mostly reliable and good enough for what I needed.

"Food was honestly better than I thought it would be"
i mean, I was actually impressed with the food on NCL. The buffet had a ton of options, and the main dining room meals always came out hot and tasted really good. The desserts were probably my favorite part. We never felt like we had to spend extra just to get a good meal, which was really nice.

"Loved the cruise stops"
We booked through ncl.com, the itinerary ended up being my favorite part. I was excited going in, then a little worried we’d feel rushed, but it actually had a really nice balance of ports and sea days. Some stops had me totally energized, and then the sea days were perfect for slowing down and just relaxing. I’d definitely consider booking with them again, especially for the routes.

"Billing was mostly clear, but a little annoying"
I had a good trip with NCL overall, but the billing stuff was kind of irritating. Most of the charges were easy enough to understand, so I’ll give them that. But then a couple of fees popped up later than I expected, which is always frustrating when you think you’ve already got everything figured out. I had to contact customer service, and they did explain it clearly, but i’d rather not have to chase down surprise charges after the fact. Not a disaster or anything, and there weren’t any major billing issues, but it definitely could’ve been smoother...

"Canceling was, honestly, way easier than I thought"
I had to cancel my booking and, it went smoothly. I found the info quickly, got the confirmation faster than I expected, and didn’t have to, like, follow up with anyone or chase anything down. So yeah, overall, it was actually stress-free

"Fun Family Cruise, Kids Loved It"
We booked our family cruise through ncl.com, it was simple. Even adding the kids’ info and extras. No big hassle, which I really appreciated.
The kids club ended up being one of the best parts. Our kids had a blast, and we actually got a little quiet time. Food was easy too, even for my picky son. The staff was sweet and patient with everyone. We came home exhausted. But happy.
